A Senior Sales Consultant is responsible for all sales activities, in assigned Enterprise and SMB accounts or regions and manages quality and consistency of product and service delivery. More specifically, sells products and services to Business clients. He / she works with customers to identify needs, creates solutions and ensures a smooth sales process. Will work to find new sales leads through business directories, client referrals, etc. A Senior Sales Consultant has a combination of inside sales, which typically involves “NOT cold calling” for new clients while in an office setting, and outside sales, which involves visiting new or existing clients in the field.
Is the representative of the Company towards the clients and the representative of the clients towards the Company.
Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity. Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
Prepare presentations, proposals, sales and support contracts and ensures the quality presentation of those to the clients.
Establish and maintain current and potential client client relationships.
Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-ups.
Identify and resolve client concerns through interactions with the required company stakeholders.
Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
Progressing towards activity targets and KPI’s set by the sales director.
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas.
Projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. Participates in sales forecasts.
Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company stakeholders.
Provide on-the-job training to new sales employees.
EDUCATION / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE Business,
A post graduate degree in Business Administration or any other qualification or related professional degree is a plus.
Prior experience of at least 3 years as an Account Manager in CRM/ERP/SaaS/IT field.
Proven experience in customer relationship management.
Knowledge of the Greek B2B market Experience with relevant software applications and technical sales skills.
Excellent use of English language, both oral and writing.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to persuade and influence others. Focus on targets.
Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
Professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the public.
Ability to develop and deliver presentations. Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials.
